1. What this service is

Waformly ("the Platform") provides technical services for building forms, distributing links and rotating WhatsApp numbers. The Platform is a tool provider only. It does not take part in, represent or endorse any content, job posting, product or service published by its users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for everything done under your account, including any sub-accounts you open for others. Accounts are not transferable. You must keep your password safe.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

(a) fraud of any kind, impersonating a person or organisation, fake job offers, investment scams, pyramid schemes;
(b) collecting passwords, bank account details, credit card numbers, OTP or verification codes, identity document numbers, wallet private keys or seed phrases (the system blocks these automatically, but circumventing that block is still a breach);
(c) sending unsolicited messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
(d) breaking the law where you operate, or breaching the terms of WhatsApp/Meta, Google or any other third party;
(e) collecting data from minors.

4. Responsibility for content

You are fully and solely responsible, in law, for the forms you create, the data you collect and every interaction you have with the people who fill them in. The Platform does not own, review or vouch for that content. Any dispute, loss or liability arising from your content is yours alone and has nothing to do with the Platform.

5. Suspension

The Platform may suspend or permanently close any account, and take down any form or link, at any time, without prior notice and without giving a reason — in particular on receiving an abuse report, a legal request or a security warning. Fees already paid are not refunded.

6. Records

To prevent abuse and to assist law enforcement, the Platform records the creator, creation time and IP address of every account and every form. Where a lawful request is received from a law enforcement authority, those records will be provided.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect loss (including lost revenue, lost data or third-party claims); where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees you actually paid to the Platform in the preceding three months.

8. Fees

Fees and payment arrangements are agreed separately with your service provider (the party who activated your account). Non-payment or late payment may result in your account being suspended.

9. Reporting abuse

If you find someone using the Platform for fraud or abuse, please tell us on the abuse report page. We investigate and close accounts where necessary.

10. Changes

These terms may change at any time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
