Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email address, encrypted password, sign-up time and IP address.
Form data: the fields and WhatsApp numbers each user sets up.
Submission data: what the person filled in, the time, their IP address and browser information (used to block repeat spam).

2. Who owns submissions

What someone submits belongs to the user who created that form (the data controller). The Platform only stores and forwards it as a technical service provider (the data processor). If you filled in a form and want your data removed, contact the party you applied to; you may also tell us through the abuse report page and we will help.

3. Passwords

Passwords are stored one-way encrypted with PBKDF2-SHA256. Nobody, including us, can reverse them.

4. What we will not do

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties unrelated to running this service. The exception is a lawful request from a court or law enforcement authority.

5. Third parties

The Platform runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. If a form owner enters a Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel ID, that form page loads the corresponding third-party script under that provider's own privacy policy. This is opt-in, chosen by the form owner.

6. Retention

Submissions are kept until the form owner deletes them, or for 90 days after an account is closed. Abuse records (IP, time) are kept for at most 12 months.

7. Sensitive data

Collecting passwords, bank account details, credit card numbers or verification codes through a form is prohibited on this Platform and is blocked automatically. Never enter that kind of information into any form.
